On Friday, December 7, 2007, the first annual "Charitable Giving Awards" honored 5 corporate and foundation heroes that fund education and youth empowerment related programs. The Giving Awards were developed to thank those who have participated in our Education Funders Forums, have sponsored donations of our Gateway to Academic Achievement software to schools, and those who provide essential funding for educating underserved youth and their families in communities throughout Los Angeles County. Thank you to those who attended and supported our efforts!
